And we want to ensure you don't spend your money on a product that won't serve your needs. Therefore, we provide our customers with a straightforward three-step return process.
Inform
Please provide the name, image and the order number of the product via email at aikrafashion@gmail.com within 24 hours from the time you receive your product. We'll review and grant approval for the return request.
Return
We have an easy return policy and accept returns within 24 hours from the time of deliveries. Due to the budget-friendly pricing of our products, returns are accepted solely in the event of product damage or if an item is missing. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received in its original packaging. To start a return, please write us at aikrafashion@gmail.com with your order ID and supported images. If your return is accepted, we will send you an instruction on how and where you should send the package. Your package will not be accepted if the items are returned to us without any accompanying information. We exclusively provide reimbursements in the form of vouchers. Its advisable to kindly inspect your order upon reception and reach out to us promptly if you receive wrong/damaged/missed items within 24 hours. Any inquiries submitted after 24 hours from the time of delivery will be declined. The product should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return request. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping expenses associated with the return process. If you request us to coordinate the pickup, a fee of 99 rupees will be applied for the pickup service.

* Exchanges are only accepted within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Any inquiries submitted after 24 hours from the time of delivery will be declined. The product should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return request.
2. Reasons for exchange:
* Valid reasons for exchanges include product defects, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction with the product. Please provide a clear explanation of the reason for exchange.

5. Shipping Costs:
* Customers are responsible for covering the shipping expenses associated with the exchange process. If we coordinate the pickup, a fee of 99 rupees will be applied for the pickup service.
Cancellation Policy
Normally, we manage to process and fulfill each order within a two-hour timeframe. Orders once placed can only be cancelled until they are dispatched from the warehouse. Prior to shipping, we'll contact you for order confirmation with each purchase. Cancellation of prepaid orders before shipping results in a refund via coupon for the same amount. The coupon code is valid for a single use only. You can utilize the coupon code within one year from the date of your purchase.
